Jackie believes that one of the most important keys to her success was her ability to handle the ball. The first part of the Ball Handling Workout is done with one ball, while working on being fast with the ball in your hands. It does not matter if you are a post player or guard, this workout will make you a better player. The Ball Handling Workout starts with stationary dribbling drills and then progresses to on-the-move dribbling drills. Now let’s go make our basketball dreams a reality.

 

About Jackie Stiles
Jackie Stiles was raised in a small town in central Kansas. It is there where she developed her passion for basketball at Claflin High where she finished her prep career as the all time leading Kansas high school scorer with 3,603 career points. From there, she traveled to Springfield, MO where she played for Missouri State University. In her senior year, the Lady Bears made it all the way to the Final Four. Stiles finished her well-decorated collegiate career as the all-time leading scorer in NCAA Division I history with 3,393 points. She was also honored with the Wade Trophy, an award given to the country’s best women’s basketball player. Jackie was then drafted, went on to play for the Portland Fire in the WNBA and continued her accolades as she was named Rookie of the Year. She now resides in Springfield,MO where she is proudly coaching at her alma mater.

Jackie has a great passion for basketball and believes that one of the most important keys to her success was her ability to shoot the ball. This concept is something that she wants to share with anyone who wants to improve their game.
