Jackie’s personal training will help you define and reach your personal goals. She will put customize a work-out that will motivate and guide you to your full fitness potential.
Training will include a comprehensive personal fitness assessment and a daily workout journal to track your progress. Sessions are $50.00, fifty-five minutes long and can be scheduled once a week, twice a week, once a month or however often you would like to schedule them. A deposit of $50 is due at the first session or you may pay for 10 sessions in advance and pay no deposit. You must give a minimum of 24 hours to cancel a session or you will be charged for it.
